Kashmi is devoted to delivering your item in a timely manner with high-quality packing. We ship every day of the week, except on Sundays and public holidays.

• For orders within India, we use registered courier firms. 

• Kashmi is a make-to-order company with the goal of reducing waste. This means that orders are only processed after they have been verified online. 

• Orders are typically dispatched within 15-18 business days. 

• After the orders are placed, we will send you an email of confirmation. 

• Please note that Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

Shipping Charges 

• We offer free shipping for all orders to be delivered within India. 

• In case your order contains multiple outfits, then the dispatch timeline is calculated as per the outfit that takes the most amount of time. 

• We only work with top logistics partners in India and the delivery timeline (post dispatch) varies from 2-4 working days depending upon the city to which the order is to be delivered.

Please note: 

• Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package a reasonable number of times before they return it to us. 

Tracking Package

Orders that have been processed and dispatched can be monitored on the shipping agency's website using the consignment/tracking number. We will provide you your tracking number as well as information on the shipping agency once your product has been sent. 

Please Note : Our products are handcrafted and made to order. We try our level best to dispatch it in 15-18 working days. If for some reason you are not able to receive the garment and it is returned to us , you need to bear the return and reshipping charges.
