At Kashmi, every piece is made to order with the utmost care and craftsmanship. We are committed to responsible production, sustainability, and timely delivery of your order.

We ship orders both within India and internationally. Please read the following details carefully to understand our shipping terms and processes.

GENERAL INFORMATION

All our products are made to order. Each piece typically takes 15–18 business days to be prepared for dispatch.

Orders are processed after online verification and confirmation. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We dispatch orders Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Delivery timelines mentioned below are indicative. Occasionally, there may be delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, customs clearance, weather, etc.). In such cases, we will keep you informed.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and the name of the courier partner. You can track your order on the courier’s website 24 hours after dispatch.

DOMESTIC ORDERS (WITHIN INDIA)

Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

Dispatch: Within 15–18 business days from order confirmation.

Delivery: Estimated 4–5 working days from the date of dispatch (depending on your city).

Shipping Charges

Free shipping for all orders across India.

In case your order includes multiple outfits, the dispatch time will be based on the outfit that takes the longest to produce.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery a reasonable number of times before returning the package to us.

If a package is returned because it could not be delivered or accepted, reshipping charges will apply.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available, delivery typically takes up to 3 business days from dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

Dispatch: Within 15–18 business days from order confirmation.

Delivery: Estimated 10–15 working days from dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing times.

Shipping Charges

Flat rate: INR 3,200 per outfit.

For multiple outfits, an additional INR 900 per extra outfit will be charged.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Customs duties, taxes, and import charges are not included in the order value.

These charges are levied by the destination country and must be paid by the customer directly to the courier or customs authorities.

Kashmi has no control over these charges and cannot estimate them before or after the order is placed.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and courier details. You can monitor your shipment on the courier’s website.
