At Kashmi, each piece is specially handcrafted and made to order with great care. Every garment is unique and created exclusively for you. We take pride in maintaining the highest quality standards, and your satisfaction is important to us.

EXCHANGE POLICY

All our pieces are made to order, and we therefore do not offer exchanges or returns once an order has been placed. However, we are happy to assist you in the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect product.

Your purchase will be eligible for replacement only if it meets one of the following conditions:

An incorrect product has been delivered β€” i.e., the item received does not match the product mentioned in your order confirmation email.

The product received has a genuine manufacturing defect or damage.

If you believe your product meets the above criteria, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at πŸ“§ contact@kashmi.in and share the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the defect or incorrect item
  • An unboxing video (recommended for faster resolution)

Our team will review your request, and upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement of the defective item.

Please note:

We do not offer size or color exchanges. Kindly double-check your size and color selection before placing your order.

Replacement is subject to product availability and quality check approval.

Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery cannot be accepted.

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept product returns, as every Kashmi piece is handcrafted and made to order exclusively for you.

In case of a verified manufacturing defect or incorrect product, we will provide a replacement, not a refund or return.

REFUND POLICY

As all our garments are made to order, refunds are not applicable under any circumstances β€” except in the case of a valid order cancellation made within 24 hours of placing the order (see below).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at πŸ“§ contact@kashmi.in.

Cancellations requested after 24 hours cannot be accepted, as production would have already begun.

For approved cancellations, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note:

Orders with urgent delivery requests cannot be cancelled.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any cancellation request at our discretion.

IMPORTANT NOTES

All Kashmi garments are handcrafted. Slight variations in color, weave, or finish are a natural part of the artisanal process and are not considered defects.

The actual color of the product may slightly differ from images due to photography lighting and screen display settings.
