What are the modes of shopping and payment you use?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Bank transfer for the online orders. Customers can also pay us via direct bank transfers.

When will my order reach me?

As we solely function on a made-to-order mode, kindly understand that we have no inventory. We make your order from scratch and that can take around 15-18 business days, along with an additional 4-5 days of the shipping time.

How would I know my order is shipped?

After shipping your order, we mail you the tracking details.

Do you also customise the garments? If yes, does it charge extra?

Yes, we customise the garments to match your fit perfectly. We do not charge extra for basic length alterations, fitting size adjustments, or colour changes within the same fabric. However, if your piece requires complete customisation beyond these, an additional fee will apply as customisation charges.

What is the procedure to get the items customised?

While placing your order, you’ll find a ‘Notes’ section at checkout where you can share any customisation details or special requests with us.
